Electrical Measured Term Contract

The Cabinet of Tower Hamlets approved an interim contract arrangement for electrical maintenance services. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Corporate Director of Housing & Regeneration, in consultation with the Mayor, to conclude negotiations, agree lease terms, and complete the transaction. This included approving initial capital allocation, commencement of procurement for consultants and contractors, and preparatory drafting for the main works contract.
