Purpose

As set out in section 4.1 of this report, Cabinet is
to note and confirm approval given to the amendment(s) made to the
original decision for the report “Proposals for Public Spaces
Protection Orders set to expire in 2024” as presented to
Cabinet on 25 September 2024.

The report of 25 September 2024 contained two incorrect dates.
While they were minor errors, they were in a critical section of
the report. Cabinet has, in the interim, given approval of the
amendment(s) through the Chair and Vice-Chair. This report confirms
the amendment.

the details as set out in section 4.1 of the report to correct the

REASON FOR DECISION:  To ensure that where a
particular nuisance or problem exists conditions are in place to
help protect public spaces from persistent anti-social
behaviour.
