Purpose

To
appoint representatives to the Council’s Outside
Bodies.

Decision

RESOLVED –

 

That the nominated persons for the terms of office
specified as set out in Appendix A and Appendix B be
approved.

 

That the appointment to the Commons Conservators for
the period 1 May to 31 December 2025 be approved.

 

That the appointments to the Commons Conservators
for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 be
approved

 

That the Council give consideration to any vacant
posts and where possible consider making appointments be
noted.

 

That C.J Gallard’s Almshouses  be removed from the list of Outside Appointments
and the necessary arrangements undertaken to facilitate these
changes be approved.

 

REASON FOR DECISION:
To ensure that the 
Borough Council maintains mutually beneficial relationships with
organisations at a local, regional and national level.
