1.     
That £66,206.04 (£61,560.00 +
£4,646.04 indexation) of S106 developer contributions
collected from a planning obligation Church Farm, Church Road,
Paddock Wood (21/01862) be released to Paddock Wood Town Council to
help finance the Paddock Wood Community Centre be
approved.
 
2.     
That once Tunbridge Wells Borough Council receives
the Community Contribution of £102,602.91 plus indexation
from a planning obligation, Land at Mascalls Farm, Badsell Road
(19/03349), this is also released to Paddock Wood Town Council to
help finance the Paddock Wood Community Centre be
approved.
