Purpose
This
report seeks approval to allocate and release £2,450.00 of
S106 planning obligation funding towards the development of the
business plan for the new sports pavilion at
Horsmonden. The report also seeks
delegated authority to enable future applications for funding to be
authorised by the Head of Housing, Health and Environment up to the
cumulative value of the outstanding S106 funds held for the
project.

RESOLVED –
1.
That £2,450.00 of the Youth and Adult
Recreation developer contribution received in respect of planning
reference 17/00763 (Land West of Maidstone Road) is released to
Horsmonden Sports Club towards the ongoing Sports Pavilion
development project at Maidstone Road Horsmonden be
approved.
2. That the Head of
Housing, Health and Environment be authorised to approve
further payments to Horsmonden Sports Club towards the ongoing
Sports Pavilion development project at Maidstone Road Horsmonden to
a cumulative value of £20,311.39
from developer contributions received in respect of planning
reference 17/00763 be approved.
