Purpose

The
report seeks approval to release and allocate the remaining
Hawkenbury Recreation Ground car parking S106 funding to undertake
a project to install a height barrier to the car park extension at
the recreation ground.

Decision

RESOLVED –
 

1.    
That the purchase and installation of a car park
height barrier at Hawkenbury Recreation Ground car park be
approved.

2.    
That £4,946.61 of remaining developer
contributions from the Hawkenbury Farm Development for the car park
extension be allocated to the supply and installation be approved
(received in pursuant to planning obligations dated: October 2020

Reasons for the decision

To
agree the project meets the conditions set out in the S106
agreement and supports the project to install a height barrier to
the Hawkenbury car park extension.

Alternative options considered

Do
nothing and reject the project.  This
may risk the car park surface being damaged by large
vehicles.
