Purpose

To
consult on proposals for the Budget and on the Medium Term
Financial Strategy for 2026/27 (Stage 3 of 4 in setting the
forthcoming year’s budget). 

Decision

RESOLVED –
 

That Cabinet comments on the draft
budget and identifies any areas that they believe need to be
strengthened or where there are omissions; and

 

That subject to the above
recommendation, that the draft budget go out for public
consultation be approved.

commence a public consultation on the Council’s proposed
budget for 2026/27.
