Purpose

To
consider and agree the fees and charges set by the
Council.

Decision

RESOLVED – 
 

That the fees and charges set out
within this report and the attached appendices be approved, and
delegates authority to the s151 Officer to make any necessary
amendments.

That the timings for the price
increases to be implemented on 1 April 2026 or as otherwise
indicated in the report be approved.

That should there be any changes
to prices set by Government, or the ability for the Authority to
set its own pricing rather than it being set by Government, prices
changes may be implemented in line with the timings laid out in the
legislation, with the approval of the appropriate Head of Service,
the Director of Finance, Policy & Development and the Portfolio
Holder for Finance & Property be approved.

 
REASON FOR
DECISION:  Securing revenue in line with the Medium-Term
Financial Strategy remains vital to balancing the budget annually
in order to support all of the services provided by the
Council.
