Purpose

The purpose of this report is to provide information
to support the recommendation to release £15,045.73 of s106
developer contributions, relating to the Knights Wood development,
for safety improvements on Blackhurst Lane.
 

Decision

RESOLVED: That a total of
£15,045.73 from
contributions secured pursuant to a planning obligation relating to
planning permission TW/13/02885
in respect of the development at of Knights Wood,
Royal Tunbridge Wells is transferred to Kent County Council
Highways for the design and delivery of
measures to improve road safety for pedestrians and cyclists on
Blackhurst Lane (between the exit from the off-road route from the
Knights Wood residential development to Skinners Kent Academy
entrance) be approved.
