Purpose

An
update to the Annual Operating Plan which provides details on how
the council will deliver its ambition and priorities over the
coming year.
 
 

Decision

RESOLVED –

 

That the progress made on the 2025/26 Annual
Operating Plan be noted.

 

That the updates to the 2026/27 Annual Operating
Plan set out in Appendix A be approved.

 

That delegated authority be given to the Leader and
Chief Executive to make such necessary amendments to the Annual
Operating Plan so as to reflect comments made at Cabinet on 5
February 2026 be approved.

 
REASON FOR DECISION:  To give clarity of direction of the
Council’s approach to its priorities
