Purpose

To
award a new CCTV Monitoring Contract for a period of two years from
1 October 2025 with the option of two annual extensions.

Decision

RESOLVED – 
 

That delegated authority be given to the Head of
Facilities and Community Hubs to award the new Closed Circuit
Television Monitoring (CCTV) Contract and Out of  Hours Service (OOH) to Supplier A referred to in
the Exempt Appendix, and to enter that contract with Supplier A for
a period of two years from 1 June 2026 with the option of two
annual extensions be approved.

 

That delegated authority be given to the Head of
Legal Services and S151 Officer to undertake all legal and
financial requirements necessary to complete the CCTV Monitoring
Contract and OOH be approved.

 

That delegated authority be given to the Head of
Legal Services to negotiate and complete the contract and all
ancillary documents as may be necessary be
approved.

 
REASON FOR DECISION:  To supply and manage the CCTV
monitoring and operation including Out of Hours for TWBC and
TMBC
