Purpose

To
release s106 funds totalling £123,826.44 for the provision of
improved facilities at Hawkenbury recreation ground, including
improvement works to the existing children’s play area and
the basketball area. 

Decision

RESOLVED - That pursuant to planning
application reference 16/07023/HYBRID Hollyfields, Hawkenbury Farm (and subsequent Deeds
of Variation and updated use agreement), s106 funding totalling
£123,826.44 be committed and released for improvement works
to the existing children’s play area and the basketball area
at Hawkenbury Recreation Ground be approved.
