Purpose

The
allocation and release of £116,376.00 will fund Cranbrook
Rugby Club’s delivery of their sporting improvements proposed
to the three rugby pitches to include drainage work, the purchase
of ground care equipment and a storage facility. 

Decision

RESOLVED - 
That subject to the conditions set in the s106 agreement being met
in full, funds totalling £116,376.00 (received through
planning obligation 18/02571 Turnden Lane) be released to Cranbrook
Rugby Club to be used towards pitch improvements, ground care
equipment and procurement of a storage container be
approved.
