Purpose

Review
and refresh of current Empty Homes Policy and action
plan.

Decision

RESOLVED –

 
1.That
the Empty Homes Policy 2023-2028 (the Policy) be adopted be
approved.
 
2. That
following any review of the Policy, power to amend it and the
action plan is delegated to the Head of Housing, Health and
Environment in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and
Planning be approved.
 
REASON FOR DECISION: To
comply with the Council’s constitution and ensure delivery of
the action plan.
