Purpose

The
release of S106 funds towards the improvement of the recreation
facilities at Locket Green.  The
contribution will fund the refurbishment of two cradle swings and
five areas of safety surfacing. 

Decision

RESOLVED – That developers
contributions totalling £3,358.00 received  through a planning obligation in respect of
planning applications 17/00763 and 18/02559, Land West of Maidstone
Road, be released to Horsmonden Parish Council towards the
refurbishment of equipment in Locket Green Play area, Back Lane,
Horsmonden be approved.
