Purpose

The
release of S106 funding for the improvement of recreation
facilities at Porters Wood.  The project
would provide eight items of play equipment for a range of ages
with associated safety surfacing, a picnic area and
seating. 

Decision

RESOLVED – That developers
contributions totalling £16,354.91 received through planning
obligation  17/01142 Pear Tree Cottage
and 19/01099 OS plot 29 12 Maidstone Road be released to Brenchley
and Matfield Parish Council towards the installation of a new
children’s playground in Porters Wood, Petteridge be
approved.
