Purpose

To
undertake a project to install a car park extension at Hawkenbury
Recreation Ground, using S106 funds from the development of
Hawkenbury Farm as set out in the terms of the
agreement. 

Decision

RESOLVED –
 
1.   
That developer contributions totalling
£85,361.43 be allocated towards the extension of the car park
at Hawkenbury Recreation Ground be approved.
2.   
That the sums were received in pursuant to planning
obligations detailed below be noted.
