Purpose

That
S106 funding totalling £358,012.47, in respect of planning
agreement reference 13/02885 be committed to support a peak period
bus service between Knights Wood and Tonbridge Town
Centre.

Decision

RESOLVED:

 
1.   
That s106 contributions totalling £358,012.47
from planning application reference 13/02885 be committed to
supporting a peak period bus service between Knights Wood
(Sherwood, Royal Tunbridge Wells) and Tonbridge Town Centre be
approved.
 
2.   
That the s106 funding be transferred in tranches to
Hams Travel (the preferred operator) following the preparation and
signing of a legal agreement to set out key requirements for the
service and monitoring arrangements be approved.
