Purpose

The
allocation and release of £146,997.92 of S106 developer
contributions for sports pitch enhancements at the Memorial
Field.

Decision

RESOLVED –  That a total of £146,997.92 (£114,735 +
indexation of £32,262.92) of developer contributions through
planning obligation agreement for Mascalls Farm
(17/03480/FULL)  be released to be used
towards sporting improvements on the Memorial Field be
approved.
 
 

Reasons for the decision

The
release of funding from developers contributions, collected for the
purpose of improving and supporting the sports pitch enhancement
project at the Memorial field. 

Alternative options considered

Do
nothing and reject the request for funding.
