Purpose

To
consider and note details on the use of covert surveillance under
the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000. 

Decision

RESOLVED – That the proposed
revisions to the Covert Surveillance and Access to Communications
Data Policy and Guidance Notes (‘the policy’) as set
out at Appendix A be approved.
