Purpose

The use
of s106 money to replace the storage and refreshment facility at
Bayham Football Ground.  It is proposed
that this new facility should be available for use at the start of
the 2023/24 football season.

Decision

RESOLVED – That developer
contributions in respect of planning obligation 12/02547 Kent and
Sussex Hospital totalling £30,000 be allocated to fund the
replacement of the storage and refreshment facility at Bayham Road
football pitches be approved.
