Purpose
This report seeks Cabinet Member approval to allocate and release a further £25,000 of Section 106 planning obligations to complete the project to install new prefabricated changing facilities at the Bayham Sports Ground. The report also proposes a change to source of the Section 106 funds to make best use of the monies held by the council with respect to the expiry date of contributions held.

- RESOLVED – That £25,000 of a developer Recreation Contributions collected pursuant to the planning agreement in respect of planning permission 13/02885 Knights Way be released and allocated to fund completion of the replacement changing rooms at Bayham Sports Ground.
- That a further £133,150 of a developer Recreation Contribution collected pursuant to the planning agreement in of respect planning permission 13/02885 Knights Way be released and allocated to the project for the replacement changing rooms at Bayham Sports Ground in lieu of a contribution to the same value from a developer Recreation Contribution collected pursuant to the planning agreement in of respect planning permission 12/2547 Kent and Sussex Hospital, as set out in the table at paragraph 1.7.
