Purpose

 This report seeks approval to allocate and subsequently release £83,899.79 of S106 planning obligation funding towards the refurbishment of the football changing facility at Hilbert Oast now that it has been received by the Council.

RESOLVED –

  1. That the Council release and allocate £83,899.79 of developer contributions received through planning obligation agreement for Land Opp 46 Quarry Road Planning Reference 19/00365 to refurbish the football changing rooms at Hilbert Oast be approved.
  2. That delegated authority is given to the Head of Housing, Health and Environment to identify and allocate other appropriate Section 106 funding in the event of an unforeseen overspend of the approved project budget be approved.
