Climate Scrutiny Committee

The Climate Scrutiny Committee examines and reviews the council's work on environmental issues and climate change. It scrutinises services related to green infrastructure, parks, waste collection, recycling, and street cleaning. The committee also looks at cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, envirocrime, environmental health, trading standards, and traffic and parking policies. Its role is to provide oversight and make recommendations to the council on these matters.
