Shareholder Committee is recommended to:

review performance against the agreed Business Plan
for 24/25

(2) 
approve changes to SLA, Articles of Association, and
the Shareholder Agreement

Content

Shareholder Committee:

(1)           
noted performance for the year to date;

(2)           
noted changes to Board Members (verbal update at
Shareholders Committee);

(3)           
approved changes to the Articles of
Association;

(4)           
approved changes to the overarching Serviced Level
Agreement (SLA) between the Council and the Company; and

(5)           
noted growth plans and progress regarding response
to the Climate Emergency.

 

Options & Alternatives Considered

Shareholder Committee has the option not to note performance
against the 2024/25 Business Plan and the implication of this is
that Waltham Forest Services Ltd would be required to submit an
update for agreement, and potentially would not be able to
implement the outcomes of the Business Plan 2024/25 as per the
terms of the Shareholder’s Agreement and approval obtained
previously.
