Content

Shareholder Committee:

(1)           
noted Evolve Norse’s delivery against its
business plan between April – September 2024 during the
current financial year and priorities for the remainder of the year
to March 2025;

(2)           
noted the financial performance of Evolve Norse for
April 2024 – September 2024, delivering a net operating
profit of £56,000 during this period; and

(3)           
noted the financial projections for the rest of the
year, which expect to see the company make a net operating profit
of£90,000 during
the 2024/25 financial year, and the associated risks.
