The Sub-Committee considered the application
to review the licence of Unions Café and determined to
suspend the licence of a period of 1 month from the 1st
of April 2025 to the 1st of May 2025.
 
The Sub-Committee considers this decision to
be appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives.
 
In accordance with the provisions contained
within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties
have the right of appeal against the decision of the Sub-Committee
to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an
appeal to be made within twenty-one days of notification of this
decision.
