The Sub-Committee
has considered the application to review the premises licence of
E11 Coffee Lounge, 34 Church Lane, Leytonstone, E11 1HG, and the
submissions from all parties present at the hearing, and has determined to REVOKE the
premises licence.
 
The Sub-Committee
has determined this decision to be appropriate for the promotion of
the licensing objectives.
