The Sub-Committee considered the application
and determined to grant in part the application with the
amended hours and the additional conditions outlined in appendix C
of the report. For clarification the timings are:

Friday-Saturday: 23:00-00:30
 
Sale of alcohol on & off premises:
Sunday-Thursday: 12:00-23:30
Friday-Saturday: 12:00-00:30

Sunday – Thursday: 08:00 –

Friday-Saturday: 08:00 – 01:00
 
In accordance with the provisions contained
within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties
have the right of appeal against the decision of the Sub-Committee
to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an
appeal to be made within twenty-one days of receipt of the decision
letter.
