endorsed the Evolve Norse Business Plan for 2025/26 attached as
Appendix 1 to the report; and

noted that the company provided the council with a forecast profit
share (volume discount) of £66,000 for 2024/25, as well as
delivering an overall gross operating profit of
£126,000.
 

Options & Alternatives Considered

Shareholder Committee has the option not to approve
the 2025/26 Business Plan. Evolve Norse would be required to
resubmit a further update for agreement and potentially would not
be able to implement the outcomes of the Business Plan 2025/26 as
per the terms of the Shareholders Agreement.
