Accommodation to Settled Homes Strategy as set out in Appendix 1 of
the report.

This strategy sets out the
vision and delivery priorities for all of the Council’s work
to address the TA crisis, which reflects the current strategic
context and aligns to Mission Waltham Forest. Given the increasing
demand, pressures and costs related to TA, there is a need for a
clear plan to robustly respond to the challenge we face locally. As
such, no alternative option has been considered.
