The Sub-Committee has determined the
application to review the premises licence
The Sub-Committee has determined that
the licence will be suspended for a period 1 month, and the
proposed condition from the Licensing Service on training is added
to the licence.
The Sub-Committee considers this decision to
be appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives.
This decision can be appealed within 21 days
of receiving the decision letter, in accordance with the provisions
contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, to Thames
Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be
made within twenty-one days of notification of this decision.
