The Sub-Committee determined to modify
the premises licence and exclude licensable activities from
the premises licence, for clarity;
To reduce the Sale of Alcohol and
opening hours to:
Monday – Saturday: 08:00 –
23:00
Sunday:
08:00 – 22:30
To exclude the following licensable
activity from the license:
Late night refreshment
Recorded music
To remove the right for the premises to
have live and recorded music during deregulated times
(8am-11pm).
The Sub-Committee considers this decision to
be appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives.
This decision can be appealed within 21 days
of receiving the decision letter, in accordance with the provisions
contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, to Thames
Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be
made within twenty-one days of notification of the decision
letter.
