The Sub-Committee considered the application and determined the to GRANT the application IN PART with additional conditions to grant the premises licence.

The sub-committee agreed the following conditions

• Noise limiter – All amplified music systems shall be controlled by the use of a noise limiter to prevent nuisance to nearby noise-sensitive premises. The noise limiter shall be installed, set, and sealed to the satisfaction of authorised officers and thereafter maintained for the duration of its use at the premises
• Use of Rear Garden Area – The outside/garden area to the rear to the rear of the premises shall not be used after 22:00 hours daily.

The Sub-Committee therefore considers this decision to be appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives.

In accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties have the right of appeal against the decision of the Sub-Committee to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within twenty-one days of notification of this decision.

A written letter outlining the decision and reasons will be sent to all parties within 5 working days.
