The Planning Committee of Waltham Forest Council approved the recommendations on 08 September 2026. Planning permission was granted for a change of use from a dwellinghouse to a children's residential care home, subject to conditions and the completion of a Section 106 Legal Agreement. This agreement includes a car-free clause for future occupiers and payment of the Council's legal fees.
