The Council:

AGREED the schedule of Fees and Charges as set out in
Appendix 3 of the report

·      
AGREED the proposal that Fees and Charges can be uplifted as
early as 1st February 2024 and no later than
1st April 2024.

·      
NOTED the increase in statutory planning application fees
set by parliament from the 6th December 2023 outlined in
3.8.1. of the report.
