Shareholder Committee:

(1)           
noted performance review against the 2023/24 Business Plan to
date.

(2)           
noted the Climate Emergency work to date and future plans.

 

OPTIONS & ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED

Shareholder’s Committee has the option not to approve the
performance report against the 2023/24 Business Plan and the
implication of this is that Waltham Forest Services Ltd would be
required to resubmit a further update for agreement, and
potentially would not be able to implement the outcomes of the
Business Plan 23/24 as per the terms of the Shareholder’s
Agreement and approval obtained previously.
