The Sub-Committee has accepted
the condition volunteered by the applicant:
 
-No admission of any new
patrons after 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
 
The Sub-Committee have imposed
an additional condition:
 
-That the number of smokers
permitted at the front of the premises (as referred to as the
Outdoor Garden) is limited to a maximum of 5 people
 
The
Sub-Committee therefore considered this decision to be appropriate
for the promotion of the licensing objectives
 
In
accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the
Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties have the right of appeal
against the decision of the Sub-Committee to Thames Magistrates
Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within
twenty-one days of notification of this decision.
