recommended to approve Evolve Norse Business Plan.
 

Content

Shareholder Committee:

(1)           
endorsed the Evolve Norse Business Plan for 2024/25
attached as Appendix 1 to the
report; and
 

(2)           
noted that the company provided the council with a
profit share (volume discount) of £84,654 in 2023/24, as well
as to delivering an overall net operating profit of
£63,524.
 
Options & Alternatives Considered
 
Shareholder Committee has the option not to approve the 2024/25
Business Plan. Evolve Norse would be required to resubmit a further
update for agreement and potentially would not be able to implement
the outcomes of the Business Plan 2024/25 as per the terms of the
Shareholders Agreement.
