The Portfolio Lead
Member for Climate and Air Quality hereby approved:
(1)           
the first section of the scheme between Wood Street
and Hale End Road progresses to construction, with an anticipated
construction cost of £2.6M (including a 25% contingency);
and

(2)           
the use of the Council’s existing Highways
Term Maintenance Contract to deliver the planned works.
