The Sub-Committee has reviewed
the application and has determined to GRANT the application
alongside the conditions and timings proposed by the Police and the
Licensing team.
 
The
Sub-Committee therefore considered this decision to be appropriate
for the promotion of the licensing objectives
 
In
accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the
Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties have the right of appeal
against the decision of the Sub-Committee to Thames Magistrates
Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within
twenty-one days of notification of this decision.
