The Sub-Committee has
determined to revoke the premises licence
 
The
Sub-Committee therefore considers this decision to be appropriate
for the promotion of the licensing objectives.
 
Appeal
In
accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the
Licensing Act 2003, the committee advised that there is a right of
appeal against the decision of the Sub-Committee, to Thames
Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be
made within twenty one days of
notification of this decision.
