Approved the Waltham Forest BeThe Health and Wellbeing Board:

Approved the Waltham Forest Better Care Fund
year-end report (BCF) 2023-24; noting that the submission was
already approved for submission by the Chair of the HWB to meet the
national timeframes for submission on the 22nd of May 2024
(Appendix1).

Approved the Waltham Forest Better Care Fund updated
(BCF) 2024-25 Plan (Appendix2) including the ASC discharge grant
proposed spending for 24/25 (Appendix 3); noting that the
submission was already approved for submission by the Chair of the
HWB to meet the national timeframes for submission on the 10th of
June 2024 and now includes responses of feedback received from the
BCF regional team on the 1st of July 202

Delegated to SRO officers the permission to sign off
the quarterly BCF reports in anticipation of required return date
of the Q1(24/25) report to be the end of August 24 with the
understanding that this would come for retrospective approval in
September 2024.
