The Sub-Committee considered the Licence
application. The Sub-Committee determined that it could not
consider the mobile bar as part of this application, as the
Sub-Committee determined that this was not part of the proposed
licensed area as part the submitted plans. The Counsel stated in
her submission that this was an outside section that would
authorise off-sales.
The Sub-Committee therefore considered the
application for a premises for the inside of the premises and it
determined to grant application in part, the hours requested are
granted, but the relevant conditions in respect to the outside area
and mobile bar unit have been removed.

applicant makes a fresh application to consider the outside area,
the mobile bar and include the number of tables and seats
outside
