annual governance forward plan for 2024/25 as well as the summary
of performance to date for the More Homes Waltham Forest joint
venture limited liability partnership (LLP) with Mears
PLC.

Waltham Forest joint venture attached as Appendix 1 to the
report;
 

(2)          
the More Homes Waltham Forest Annual Report and Financial
Statements 2023/24, as approved by the JV Board and attached as
Appendix 2 to the report;
 

(3)          
the More Homes Waltham Forest Financial Model and Business Plan
2024/25 attached as Appendix 3 to the report; and

the summary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report
detailing performance of the JV in Q1 attached as Appendix 4 to the
