The proposed changes to the Employment Procedure Rules at Appendix
1 of the report, and

The proposed addition to the scheme of delegation as set out in
Appendix 2 of the report, and to

·      
Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Governance and law
to make amendments to the scheme of delegation in relation to
authority to enter into legal proceedings as business need requires
to address changes in job titles, noting that changes will be
reported annually to Council when agreeing the scheme of delegation
at the annual meeting.
