The Deputy Leader (Housing &
Regeneration):

(1)         
agreed to increase the project budget to cover the
full cost of the fit out works. The financials are set out in
Exempt Appendix 1 of the report. This is on the basis that there
will be full cost recovery by the Council from the ICB;
and

(2)         
agreed that the Council commences procurement of a
fit out contractor for the St James Street Health Hub using the LCP
Framework.
