Purpose

To seek Cabinet approval to go out to tender
for dementia support services contracts from 1st April
2025.

Decision

That Cabinet:
 
1.    
Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and
Health, to commence a procurement process for the provision of Day
Opportunities for Older People and People with Dementia by
Warwickshire County Council as set out in the report; and
 
2.    
Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to
enter into all relevant contracts for
the provision of Day Opportunities for Older People and People with
Dementia on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive
Director for Resources.
