This report requests approval to procure and
award contract(s) for garden waste composting

That Cabinet
 
1)   
approves the commencement of appropriate procurement activity in
relation to the composting of garden waste; and
 
2)   
authorises the Executive Director for Communities to enter into any
contracts or agreements and to take such steps as are considered
necessary to implement Recommendation 1 on terms and conditions
acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
