targeted support services to Young People aged 16-18 (up to 25 for
EHCP) to participate in education, employment or training (tracking
and supporting the participation of 16-17 year olds into education,
employment or training)

1)   
Authorises proceeding with an appropriate joint procurement process
with Coventry City Council, for the provision of services to
monitor and support young people to participate in education,
employment or training; and
 
2)   
Authorises the Executive Director for Children and Young People to
enter into any contracts or agreements and to take such steps as
are considered necessary to implement Recommendation 1 on terms and
conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
